Sustainable Ahi Tuna, tossed with pine nuts, asian pears, mint, and infused with sesame oil.

Farmer's Salad
Fresh spinach and arugula served with assorted seasonal vegetables and garlic croutons, dressed in a french vinaigrette.

Menage a trois Bruschetta
Trifecta of Bruschetta. Enjoy Tomato & Basil, Garlic Hummus & Goat Cheese & Olive Tapenade.

Shrimp al'minolaise
Ripened avocados, baby shrimp in a minolaise & lemon sauce served on mini croissants

Beef Bourguignon
The traditional French classic with a twist - Niman Ranch beef, braised in red wine, bacon, onions, mushrooms and herbs.

Belgium Meets Italy
Traditional Belgium dish with an Italian twist. Beef carbonnade nestled on top of garlic & white wine cheesy polenta.

Spiced Grilled Prawns
Prawns braised in Dutch butter, tossed in garlic and a touch of chili sitting on a bed of herbed cous cous.

Risotto with Black Truffle, Wilted Spinach & Poached Egg
Milanese saffron risotto with wilted spinach, infused with the gold of Italy, Black truffles & French style poached egg with a delicate hollandaise glaze.

Mussels in a Vegetable Saffron Broth
Delicate Canadian mussels in a leek, garlic, herbed saffron white wine broth.
