Growing up in a NY Italian family, I was tausht at the age of 3 by my Nonna (grandmother) to create boldly flavored, deeply satisfying, healthy, complex yet simple dishes that satisfies not only appetites, but the mind & spirit. I share me exuberant cooking style and infectious laugh with all I meet. My partner in love & in life, my wonderful husband, Jozef, brings in the passions of his background, Belgium, Russian, Polish & German cuisines.
